CgChat offers pricing plans in three categories.
(1) Lite Plan: 10~90 concurrent users, $8 ~ $38 per month (Shared Server)
(2) Small Team Plan: 100~500 concurrent users, $110 ~ $300 per month (Dedicated Server)
(3) Dedicated Plan: 1,000~5,000 concurrent users, $450 ~ $1,130 (Dedicated Server, SLA 99.9%)
You can choose from a total of 18 detailed plans to suit your business size.
Domestic customers can use bank transfer, Toss Payments (credit card/instant payment), and NHN KCP (credit card).
International customers can pay via Paddle using international credit cards and PayPal.
Yes, discounts are applied based on the payment cycle.
A 10% discount is automatically applied for quarterly (3-month) payments, and a 15% discount is automatically applied for annual (12-month) payments.
Currently, as part of our launch promotion, we are offering an additional 15% discount on all payment cycles.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time.
When upgrading, you only need to pay the difference for the remaining period.
Downgrades will take effect upon renewal after your current subscription period expires.

If you register your business information under “Business Registration Certificate Management” in My Page, an electronic tax invoice will be issued within 3 business days after payment is completed.

If your order is in the "Pending Payment" or "Payment Verification" status, you can cancel it directly through My Page.
Once service has begun, refunds will be calculated pro-rata based on the remaining period.

If this limit is exceeded, additional connections are blocked to protect the service quality for existing users.
If the limit is consistently exceeded, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
Yes, all plans provide basic statistics and connection status.
With plans starting from Small Team, you can use the detailed log dashboard to view trends in the number of users, message statistics, and activity status by chat room.
The Dedicated plan additionally provides a real-time monitoring dashboard.
The time required for setup after payment confirmation varies by plan.
Server installation is completed within 1–2 hours for the Lite plan, 1–4 hours for the Small Team plan, and within 1 business day for the Dedicated plan.
Once server installation is complete, you will be notified via email, and you can check the status in real time on My Page.
If your order is in the “Pending Payment” or “Payment Confirmed” status, you can cancel it directly under My Page > My Services.
If the service is already active, please request cancellation via 1:1 Inquiry, and we will process a refund for the remaining period.
The service will automatically terminate when the subscription period expires.
