CgChat Service Maintenance Policy

Scheduled Maintenance

• Maintenance Window: Every Tuesday, 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM (KST)
• Duration: Average 10–30 minutes (minimizing service disruption)
• Advance Notice: Notifications via announcements and email 24 hours before maintenance

Emergency Maintenance

• Emergency maintenance may be conducted when security vulnerabilities or service outages are detected.
• We will notify you as quickly as possible and provide a post-maintenance report.

Update Policy

• Feature updates are deployed without service interruption (zero-downtime deployment).
• Major updates will be announced via notices.

Maintenance schedules are announced in advance. In urgent cases, additional email notifications will be sent.
