Tax Invoice Issuance

• Tax invoices are available for business customers.
• Please register your business information on the Business Registration page.
• Tax invoices are issued within 3 business days after payment completion.
• Quotes and transaction statements can be viewed on the Invoices page.

Refund Policy

• Orders can be canceled directly while in "Pending Payment" or "Confirming Payment" status
• After service activation, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period
• Refund requests can be submitted via 1:1 Inquiry
