CgChat supports free custom domain connection on all plans.

What is Domain Connection?

Use CgChat services under your own domain (e.g., chat.yourcompany.com). Provide chat services to your customers under your own brand.

How to Connect

1. After subscribing, go to "Domain Connection" in the admin dashboard
2. Enter the domain you want to connect (e.g., chat.yourcompany.com)
3. Add a CNAME record to your DNS settings (instructions provided)
4. SSL certificate is automatically issued (free)
5. Once connected, use the chat service under your own domain
