CgChat Service User Guide

Here's a step-by-step guide from signing up to running your chat service with CgChat.

Step 1. Sign Up

Create an account and log in on the CgChat website.

Step 2. Choose a Plan

Select a plan that fits your business on the Subscribe page.

• Lite (10–90 users) — Small teams, testing
• Small Team (100–500 users) — Small to mid-sized services
• Dedicated (1,000–5,000 users) — Large-scale enterprise

Step 3. Payment

Complete your payment using bank transfer, Toss Payments, NHN KCP, or Paddle.

Step 4. Server Setup

After payment confirmation, our team will set up your chat server.

• Lite plans: Within 1 business day after payment confirmation
• Small Team plans: Within 1 business day after payment confirmation
• Dedicated plans: Within 1 business day after payment confirmation

Step 5. Start Using

Once the server setup is complete, your chat service is ready to use.

• Check your service status at My Services
• Manage statistics, logs, and settings from the admin dashboard
• Integrate with your website or app using the API documentation
